Climb Marble Mountains in Danang

Situated in the south and 9km from danang vietnam city center , the superb mountains also known as Les montagnes de marbre (name given by the French colonist in the late 19th century) are the cluster of limestone and marble.
Among five marbles, Thuy Son, Water Mountain, stands out as the highest one and attracts a great deal of tourists come and climbing upon its magnificient observatory spots: the Riverview Tower or Vong Giang Tower. Before channeling your effort into climbing the splendid mountains, you can make a stop at the Non Nuoc village and make tour around for souvenir since the village is famous for creating stone sculptures and handicrafts. The arts and crafts produced ranges from beautiful little things such as earrings, necklaces, vases to bulky Budda, Lady Buddha statues. The materials of the products used to be directly exploited from  the Marble Mountains. However, for preservative purpose, the materials are now extracted and transported from neighboring provinces including Quang Nam and Thanh Hoa.

Find the site worth your visit? If you stay at Hoi An, it is 20km from your town so you can grab a taxi or motorbike taxi, which takes about 25 mins to reach the site.
